The basics
What is a dedicated RPC node?
A physical server running a blockchain client exclusively for you. Your apps read the chain, stream events and send transactions through it, and nobody else’s traffic touches the machine. Full explanation on our dedicated RPC node page.
How is this different from QuickNode, Chainstack or other shared RPC providers?
Shared providers sell slices of a cluster and meter every slice: rate-limit tiers, credits, surcharged methods. We hand you the whole machine at one flat monthly price with every capability enabled. No meter exists.
Is "dedicated" really dedicated?
Yes: bare metal, single tenant. Not a virtual machine, not a shared "dedicated cluster". Your quote names the hardware, and live p50/p99 for that machine sits in your dashboard.
Ordering and go-live
How fast do I get a price?
Within the hour, around the clock. Tell us the chain and workload on the contact page; you get a firm flat monthly figure, not a range.
How long until my node is live?
It depends on the chain: sync time is a function of chain history and hardware, and we would rather quote your case honestly than publish a number that is sometimes wrong. Your quote includes a go-live estimate for your exact configuration.
Which chains do you support?
Every chain with a running network: Solana, Ethereum, Base, BSC, Arbitrum and hundreds more, including chains no other provider will run. Brand new chain? We research it, then run it.
Can I choose the client and sync method?
Yes. Client, sync method, and workload tuning (bot and MEV focused, transaction-heavy, or indexing) are your call. Not sure? Tell us the workload and we spec it for you.
Can I pick where the node runs?
Yes: 20+ Tier-3 datacentres across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Pick the city at checkout; need one we don’t list, ask.
Capabilities and limits
Are there any rate limits?
No artificial ones. The hardware is the only ceiling: if the machine can serve it, you can send it.
Are debug, trace and other heavy methods included?
Yes, on by default, at no extra charge. RPC, WebSocket, gRPC and LCD interfaces are all supported where the chain offers them.
How many WebSocket connections can I open?
Unlimited. There is no per-plan connection cap because there is no plan tier: the machine is yours.
Can I use my own domain and restrict access?
Yes. Point your own domain at the endpoint and lock access to an IP allowlist you control. Both included.
Do you offer full, archive and validator nodes?
All three, on every chain we run where the node type exists.
Pricing and billing
How does pricing work?
Five standard bands, one flat monthly price per node, everything included: from $99 for light chains to $999 for Solana’s own hardware class. Every chain maps to exactly one band, so quotes are instant and never a surprise.
What counts as an add-on?
Nothing. Heavy methods, unlimited connections, custom domain, IP allowlisting, 24/7 support: all in the band price. If a capability exists, it is included.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and all kinds of crypto payments. Monthly billing, no long-term lock-in required.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at the end of any monthly term. Your node is provisioned for you alone, so there is no meter to escape and no exit fee.
Proof and support
How do I know the hardware is real?
Your quote names the machine, and live p50/p99 for your node streams to your dashboard from go-live. We publish measurements, not promises.
What does the 99.99% SLA actually mean?
A written uptime commitment with service credits when we miss it. The full measurement and credit schedule is on the SLA page.
How do I reach support?
Ticket, live chat, Telegram or Slack, 24/7, answered by engineers. There is no priority-support paywall; everyone gets the same response.
Can you run a node on hardware I already own?
Yes. We install, sync, tune and monitor nodes on your machines: same dashboard, same support, same no-limits setup. See bring your own hardware.
Question not on the sheet?
Ask an engineer directly. Answers within the hour, on whichever channel you prefer.
